Doubt because Meryl always brings the goods

Bread and butter pudding-
4 croissants
chocolate drops
3 eggs
4 Tbsp Caster sugar (or to taste)
2 cups of milk

Break up the croissants into bite size-ish pieces, put half in oven proof dish, scatter the chocolate drops, place the remaining croissants on top. Beat eggs, sugar and milk together and then pour in so that it's nearly covering the croissants entirely. Leave to sit for 10 mins so croissants soak up some of the liquid. Chuck in oven (around 150-180 deg Cel) until top of custardy croissanty stuff is brown. NOM
